Jinya Ramen Express - West Hollywood

One of the best ramens I've ever had! The tofu bowl was incredible, featuring a wonderful mix of textures and flavors, all while offering a fantastic view of Hollywood Boulevard. What more could you want?

It's a small restaurant, but WOW! THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE! They offer three signature ramen dishes, along with a build-your-own option. I tried the spicy chicken broth with thick noodles, and it was DELICIOUS! I can't wait to return for more!

Customers have the option to customize their bowls with a wide range of broths, toppings, and noodle choices, or they can choose from Jinya’s specialty dishes. We ordered the spicy vegan dan dan men ramen and complemented it with a melograno arancia Sanpellegrino. We also topped our dish with ginger, garlic, and sesame seeds. The ramen was incredibly flavorful, with a delightful garlic taste and a spicy kick. The portion size was generous, and the chunks of atsuage tofu in the soup were particularly delicious and satisfying. Jinya’s service was impressively fast and attentive; our ramen was ready in under 10 minutes! We highly recommend this restaurant to any ramen enthusiasts or tourists visiting Hollywood Boulevard in search of a quick lunch spot. We will definitely return!

I took the Vegan Ramen dish, they have a few and you can make your own, the broth was great and the flavors and noodles were awesome! Would recommend! Staff were nice and helpful, if you love ramen I think you’ll enjoy this place

Awesome food with simple, fresh and tasty ingredients. Great customer service...It was my first time here and the server kindly explained everything to me. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was and I was very much satisfied after finishing my meal. Definitely worth a try. The location is nice because you have a nice view of Hollywood blvd from the dining area.
