It has ground pork and cabbage that was dente in the hot broth al dente and a bit of a different flavor to the bowl, but I really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back for more!
Came after a museum trip for an early evening meal. they had many stars on the ice. the rams were pretty good, I have the white toncottsu wheels. it was very buttery and garlicky. my partner got seafood rays that I guess comes in the rule with glass noodles, but they had no at the moment so they got the tick noodles. she was very tomato eye, but had many species of seafood like crumbs and scallops. it also had a lot of fun in it. for appetizers we have the crispy rice, steamed pork beans, gyoza. crunchy rice was too hard and crispy for my lust, but it had some spicy thunfish on. the buns were overcrowded with salat and swash, I guess to cover the thin piece of pork. it had a good taste, but it was briefly lived. the gyoza was our favorite, as it had the most taste and it was cooked evenly, not too hard and not too soft. there are free parking around the back, but the only way to get it is if they go through a thin street that is equal for the trip, but it is free for 90 minutes, unless they want to pay to the road near the traffic that is in front of the restaurant. there is a price of them paying with a card, fyi regardless of whether they pay via the app or with their actual card.
Very authentic raven place at weho. The place is not great, but the service is great, our server was very friendly. There are pretty good choices of riddles, including chests the divers. I had the black garlic rays with normal Spicy it is a little overpowered that covers the aroma of broth. I chose the thick noodle I expected a bit thicker, but still taste good. The trukamen tho is very tasty, the soup is very tasteful and with extra thick rams, takoyaki is very beautiful have large pieces of octopus inside.
Lunch Miso Ramen, Mini Teriyaki chicken dish, salad and coke.
I am writing this review as I sit in this cafe stuffed after a big bowl of Ramen. Let me just say, this was one of the best Ramen I?ve ever had. Whatever base broth they use for the tonkatsu ramen it is just heavenly very well balanced with right amount of spices and umami. Finally, if you ask for spicy ramen they will make it SPICY. So if you cannot handle spices, you might be better off ordering it mild. Highly recommend this place. Would love to visit again if I am in the neighborhood.
