Millions Of Milkshakes - West Hollywood

I had the Melrose Ave. dish along with a fruit salad, and both were so refreshing and delicious. I really loved this place—what a fantastic idea!

This place offers an impressive selection of milkshakes, including some inspired by celebrities. Inside the café, there's a display that keeps you updated on the current locations of famous Hollywood stars.

Delicious Milkshake, Disappointing Service. I visited Millions of Milkshakes based on a friend's glowing recommendation. After waiting in line for 10 minutes as the first customer, my order was finally taken, but they didn't provide a receipt unless I asked for one. I then waited another 10 minutes for my milkshake, again as the first person in line. I could see my milkshake container with my order taped to it—a clever system—but it seemed like one worker was busy taking orders while another washed dirty dishes. When I asked the dishwashing employee, who I recognized from earlier, when my milkshake would be made, he bluntly replied, "Well, it looks like you'll have to wait a while, and I don't care how long." Eventually, the person who initially took my order had to come over and start making my milkshake, as the other worker was doing nothing. The milkshake itself was fantastic, but the poor service left such a negative impression that I might not return. Although I'm sure these two workers won’t be there all the time, their behavior certainly overshadowed my experience.
