Rock Bottom Brewery Restaurant - Pittsburgh

I had a disappointing and awful experience at this restaurant. I have never enjoyed going there, as I have only dined there with friends who chose it. The portion sizes are underwhelming for the high prices. On two occasions, they gave me a menu with prices that only applied at the bar, leading me to unknowingly order an item at double the price at a sit-down table. When I brought this up to the server, they were unhelpful and I had to escalate the issue to a manager. While the manager did give me a discount on my meal, I was still unsatisfied with the quality and quantity of food. I have yet to enjoy any dishes at this restaurant, and I have stopped ordering drinks as well because they always try to charge me full price for happy hour specials. It's embarrassing and I do not plan on returning.

The restaurant had closed down by the time we arrived.

Had a great time enjoying delicious food and beer at this restaurant. Our server Jamie provided excellent service. Overall, the dinner was fantastic with a price range of $30-50 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5.

Service was very slow. Long gaps between bringing water, then drinks, then appetizer, fried pickles. My husband had the country fried chicken dinner, I had the southwest "bowl "which was a small portion. I literally had to hunt the waitress down for Service. She never told us her name till I asked. After we finished eating, paid our bill I began to feel like I was going to vomit and began to have terrible stomach pains which continued all evening into the night and the next morning. My husband had diarrhea as soon as we arrived home. We will never go back, it was a waste of our time and money. The restaurant was not busy as we arrived around 4:15 pm.
