The bands were fantastic, but the service could use some improvement.

I went to the restaurant with a group of five people. It wasn't crowded. Our server, Anastasia, was friendly and professional, but the service was very slow. I found out from Anastasia that the management didn't expect many customers because of the weather. Some people had also not shown up for their reservations, which is typical during bad weather. Anastasia was handling almost all the tables in our section. Despite the challenges, we enjoyed our meal and conversation. I left a generous tip to show appreciation for the hard work of our servers during a difficult situation.

Bad service even during a slow time....small portions for advertised special.

Slow service on a slow night. Raw onion instead of cold cheese a hot sandwich????? Hair on children's plates. Manager never came to table, but removed food with problems. The ambience was good and the hostess was very polite and personal. All and all 2.5

Friday's has declined in quality. It is not the same chain it once was. On a weekend night, the restaurant was only half full. The steak was terrible.
