Chuck E Cheese - West Islip

The young staff who works there really tries to make your time a pleasant experience. The older gentleman who works in front can be a little short when he talks to you. Chuck. E comes out every 30 minutes and welcomes the children, takes the time to take photos and very friendly. You have a good security system to prevent children from leaving the facility without parents or creditors. All you can eat is worth $11,49. A 30-playpoint card with wrist coil is $20.00, it takes my child about an hour worth of games and rides. Definitely buy the points when your small below 5 (less attention span). Big shot on the waitress, cooks and buses. Tip: When scanning your child's card on the rides, change with other parents and take turns. This is a long way to expand the entire adventure of the evening.

Twas a great party for.my 8yo. Everyone had a lot of fun. Our host MJ was very professional. Can be recommended at any time

Went to celebrate a birthday party and enjoyed it. The front desk guy was welcoming. The server/ set up hostess was very pleasant and has an inviting presence about her. The food was good. The only downside was not enough staff to help clear the tables. Hopefully they will resolve it in due time. Recommend this Chuckie Cheese.

Nicely renovated. There's no climbing tube but a lot more games and much cleaner. They have a new time based payment option that gave me 1.5 hours with 3 kids for 60 bucks. Still over priced but easier to manage.

I love this place. I visit my grandchildren every time I'm in Long Island. Staff are very nice. I am always pleasantly surprised to find it so clean when considering that many children are walking around. I would definitely recommend this place.
