Applebee's Grill - West Jordan

Burger and chicken nuggets over cooked, waiter was great, long wait for food and they weren't very busy.

It's been years since we've gone to this location because their service wasn't great in the past. Tried again this week and we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The food actually came out warm and we manged to get all of the correct items (unlike our experiences in the past). They seemed to have improved in the last couple of years.

Went to take advantage of the special menu for veterans. It was great, I sat at the bar and had a couple drinks that were only $5.50 each, half of what Olive Garden charged that day. Thanks for remembering the vets.

I wrote Applebee's off in early 2000 after a server spilled my drink all over me, didn't apologize and the manager barely said sorry and had a bad attitude. I tried again about ten years later, poor service, mediocre food and a toddler peed in the aisle.
