Barbacoa Mexican Grill - West Jordan

I adore this restaurant. I have been coming here for years. The food is consistently fresh and the prices are excellent!

The food at this restaurant is freshly prepared with a variety of great options to choose from. The restaurant is kept clean and the staff is extremely polite. Although there are numerous dining choices available, I highly recommend giving this location a try. I hope others will also stop by and enjoy their experience!

I ordered the sweet honey pork salad at this restaurant. I really enjoyed the overall flavor. The dressing was also delicious and different. While the pork itself was a bit lacking in flavor, it was still tasty. The portion size wasn't as large as at Cafe Rio, but it made for a satisfying lunch. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

I had an excellent lunch at Barbacoa yesterday. The Barbacoa beef burrito was fresh and well-prepared. While the tortillas didn't quite match up to Cafe Rio's, I did enjoy the option for brown rice and their tasty fresh corn salsa.
