Beans Brews Coffeehouse - West Jordan

I would give it four stars based on drinks because I really wanted a Matcha Latte and they dont have Matcha powder. I do love the Revolver but i wanted something hot because it got cold outta nowhere today. The staff is more than 5 stars though, they were all happy and super helpful without being a bother. They made a Matcha Latte out of the green tea they have and it was pretty good in a pinch. The place was super clean and organized and at the time it was not to busy. I was able to plug in my laptop and get a lot of work done with no distractions. The staff were talking amongst themselves but whenever I got a phone call they stopped until I was done. (Not neccesary but super considerate) I am not a Starbucks hater, I do go there when it is convienient but whenever possible tey and support your local shops. Beans and Brews is consistently good with great service.

I've been drinking the iced mocha since 1993 at the original location. Whenever I'm in town, I stop by. Always such friendly employees!

Their blender is not working and they are out of half their menu. Then was stuck in their drive through for over 10 minutes. Should have read the reviews for this location.

Kaitlyn was extremely rude at the window. The drinks were terrible. I could hear the workers goofing around, swearing, fighting with each other. It seems like an awful place to work with people like that. I would think it would be worth it if the drinks were good but they weren?t. They are messy and bland, so I could tell they were rushed and just didn?t care. I will not be returning to this beans.

I keep trying to go back to this location hoping the experience will be better and it never is. the workers are always rude and short. i haven?t had one single time that i?ve gone and they weren?t rude. the drinks are fine.
