Betos Mexican Food - West Jordan

The veggie nachos were extremely expensive and all they had were chips, beans, acid cream, salad and tomatoes. Always I? ve got this from the menu before it had real cheese, rice, Guac and more.

Always check your food before you leave the drive-thru!! The bean cheese burrito was prepared as ordered. However the #28 Shrimp plate with fries salad was not. I ordered it with NO ONIONS. There was a large amount of onions on the salad. As we had already driven away, it was too late to get it fixed.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this experience was awful and the two people I spoke with were incredibly rude and combative. Went through the drive through and the Chicken. Quesadilla had melted through the box. It was soggy and smelled weird. We were on the highway about 20 minutes away and called to get a refund and was told there is no way that happened because he (cook) put paper down in between the box and quesadilla. He wouldn?t refund any of it unless we brought the food back. So. Gross.

A carne asada burrito ordered and I'm quite disappointed. I got the burrito and when I ate it, I was aware that the beef was far overtaken to the point that it crispy ground beef and I had hardly any meat with either as you can see on the photo. For a burrito, costs $11 I had hoped it was more meaty. Anyway, during the order I had a lady help me and she was a bit aggressive when I did not ask for beans on my burrito. I'll never get the worst Mexican fast food again. Can believe I waited 12 minutes for this salad Burrito lol
