Chili's Grill - West Jordan

We normally like Chili's, but our experience yesterday changed that. Inattentive and inept server. Forgetting our order and getting everything else wrong, including drinks. Dirty cups. We waited for over an hour and eventually left with no dinner after we were tired of waiting and excuses.

Best night! Quentin was the best!! Would Chili again!!!

The servers, we're AWESOME and the food is fantastic!

Your bartender treats her teammates like garbage. I was in the bar to see what was on tap and our server came in, she had red hair, at about 2:00-2;15 today and I heard the big bartender with the dental issues tell her that she obviously hasn’t learned anything in weeks and was making everything worse for the team, she was too slow, suggested she lied about her experience and I was paying attention she was serving 32 people at the time and berating her in front of everyone in earsight was not only rude but prolonged her ability to get back to her tables. Five stars to our server who smiled at us upon returning to the table . We left her a $40 tip for the excellent service
