Dairy Queen Grill Chill - West Jordan

I went to get blizzards for my family. I live two blocks away and this is how they gave them to me - runny, soppy, not smooth or creamy, just gross. We drank them instead of eating them.

Overall, the restaurant is pretty good but the wait time was a problem. I ended up waiting an hour for a shake in the drive through. The staff seemed disorganized and were not actively working. When I requested to speak to the manager, they claimed it was their first day on the job.
