Dutch Bros Coffee - West Jordan

No matter which location of this restaurant I visit, the staff are consistently fantastic and chosen specifically for their charming and friendly personalities. Even on your first visit, they make you feel like you've been friends for years. It's like chatting with a buddy while you wait for your tasty coffee. Not to mention, the quality of the products is far superior to Starbucks.

The drinks were good, but I was annoyed because even though my car and the one in front of me were in line for an equal amount of time, we were helped after someone who arrived after us. The staff member even acknowledged our presence by looking at us. It was frustrating to see people who rushed ahead being served before others who arrived earlier.

In a sea of coffee shops, it can be hard to find one that truly stands out. However, this particular shop's standout feature is its exceptional employees. They are consistently friendly and efficient, even during busy times when a long line forms. They work quickly to take orders and ensure drinks are served promptly. Although I usually make my own coffee at home, I love treating myself to a delicious iced coffee or nitro brew from this shop on weekends before running errands. Ever since this location opened, it has become my favorite spot for weekend coffee indulgences.

I have had a great experience every time I come to this location. Employees are super friendly and accommodating especially when it comes to needing sugar free coffee/drinks. This place is very popular and can get a bit busy but the staff does an amazing job moving the line through quickly. Definitely recommend this place!

I can see why the hype caused long lines into traffic when this location opened up. The staff is extremely nice and conversational. There are tons of unique menu items. The cookie dough cold brew was top notch. As we pulled up and they opened up the window we could smell it was going to be a good day. Prices seem reasonable for a once in awhile visit.
