Phở 9 - West Jordan

This was our first time ordering, we are never going to go back to this place again. It is not even an authentic pho broth. We paid $16 and our soup and the Styrofoam container was full of veggies. The pho soup container was half full and I had asked for extra meat which they forgot to add. The bun was fatty meat, seasoned horribly and again the container was full of veggies. Overall very bad place. If somebody says this place is good, you should go check out some other pho places. I'm sorry, but somebody needs to take a look at the menu and rethink the pho base and seasoning of meat for the bun.Thank you

How was it? It was Pho. But for $17, there was not much meat and just a lonely slice of onion. Look at the pic and judge for yourself.This is white person Pho, go to the place in sugar house if you want flavor and spices.Food: 2/5

UPDATE: 5 stars to 4. I ordered from this place for the 4th time and the shrimp fried rice had hair in it. It wasn't my hair, and I was disgusted by it. I really don't like finiding things in my food that isn't food. The taste of the shrimp fried rice could be better so for this reason (cleanliness and taste), I am going to have to remove a star off. Initial Review:I love Pho 9! Have ordered from this place twice and both times, I've been extremely satisfied. When we saw this place has an average of 3 stars, we were a little deterred from ordering. It was a gamble we were either gonna get good food or bad. Honestly, I am glad we decided to try this place out. I would choose this over other 4 5 star Vietnamese restaurants on Yelp. I've tried a few Vietnamese restaurants in the area, but none of them have been as good and tasty as Pho 9. I am honestly surprised with how delicious it is. This is my new go to place! When I order Vietnamese food around here, I typically can't get myself to finish all of the noodles and rice however, Pho 9's dishes are so good that I eat everything on the plate. Even their boba, specifically the Honeydew, tasted so good. You can taste the fruitiness rather than the sweet, jelly like taste of boba drinks from other Vietnamese restaurants. It's not typical of me to leave no complaints in Yelp reviews, but so far, with my experience of service and taste of their food, I'd give this place 5 stars. Go try it for yourself!

So delish! My husband and I have ordered from Pho 9 multiple times and they always get our order correct. The chicken rice plate and lemon grass spring rolls are so fresh and tasty.

Love the pho and the grilled pork spring roll. This is my go to pho place in Sandy area :)Food: 5/5
