Swig - West Jordan

Today I went to Swig in West Jordan and had a really good experience; I felt it was worth sharing. There was about 10 cars deep and the swig team members handled the line and busyness so well. I had a semi complicated order and the team member got it right. I was about the 11th car and from the time to the team member taking my order, paying for my drink and getting them, I was only there for about 5 minutes. I appreciated being greeted with kindness not only at the part where my order was taken but at the window with the team member giving my drinks.Thank you Swig West Jordan for a great experience. *Drinks were made PERFECTLY*

I have to give 2 stars strictly for the customer service. I went to the Swig located in the Macey 's parkng lot on 12/16/23. I have a punch card for 10 44 oz drinks. I intended to only use two of those 10 then pay cash for the kids drinks I was purchasing. When I went to pay the gal took the punch card marked all drinks as 44 oz drinks, when two of them were clearly in kids cups. I mentioned this to her but she did not care simply shrugged and said, Oh well, I already marked it so I can 't fix it. No apology or even an attempt to correct it. We were in a hurry, otherwise, we would have requested a resolution. We buy the punch card so that we can save on 44oz drinks.... Instead we were jipped on two of them.

Great place with friendly staff. Love the strawberry breeze with water and is super close to a grocery store.

This swig is pretty good about taking orders and giving drinks, but the drinks aren't very good. Got recommended a drink, and it ended up tasting like dish soap... The cookies are dang good though!

Pretty good. I got the raspberry dream. It’s tasty without being too overly sweet.
