Dairy Queen Grill Chill - West Kelowna

Best fast food meal I've had maybe ever. I've been to Dairy Queen plenty of times in the past but this location is far superior in my opinion to any other I've tried. And excellent customer service which seems to be hard to find in fast food these days.

Great location! Sadly a puppy cone was actually a $2 kids cone. Too big for our small dog. Not like other brand 's puppy items. Not the fault of this particular store though

Our latest visit to the Dobbin Road Dairy Queen was overpriced for very little food. I was given broken pieces of chicken strips and the prices have increased but portion size has clearly decreased. Our sundaes were supposed to be hot fudge and we were given cold chocolate sauce. We were very disappointed with our visit.

Great staff but to the management; please bring Mobile ordering already it is almost 2023. Kind of a shame to run things in the old ways still at this age.

The other day it was my sons first birthday and the place I had order the cake from messed it up and couldn’t fix it. I had checked all over town and finally Dairy Queen said they could help fix the cake, it was very generous of them for taking in someone else’s work and fixing it. I highly recommend this place very nice people, they saved me just one hour before his birthday! Thank you
