Clare put me at ease during the photography of my house, and throughout the entire selling process, she guided me every step of the way, especially since it was my first time selling a property. Tom, who has since left the team, was incredibly helpful as well, and everyone else I spoke with was equally supportive. Kerry from the sales progress team kept me regularly updated on all matters relating to the solicitor. The service was top-notch, and I wouldn’t consider using any other real estate agent in the future. I utilized Tatler West Kirby for previous house sales, so it was a natural choice to return for my latest sale and purchase. My experience of karl tatler west kirby was excellent and began with the wonderful gill that arrived on time and showed me the plot I wanted to buy. gill was very professional and gave me excellent advice, including those I had forgotten to think about it! my next experience was with rob in the office that was extremely professional and helpful. his friendly ton has made me feel easier during the first few. I can warmly recommend working with karl tatler if you want to buy or leave an immobilie (I also rented an immobilie of them)

I want to especially highlight Clare, Cheryl, and Hannah; their professionalism, communication, and responsiveness are exceptional! They truly understand what matters and genuinely care about their clients. The two team members who showed the property were Jill and, in particular, Luke, who were both fantastic! Once we accepted an offer, the sales progression team took over, and Joanne managed our sale. She kept us updated on the progress by communicating with our buyer, their real estate agent, and the attorney, ensuring everything was transparent. Joanne was incredible! This was a very difficult situation for me, as it involved selling my father's cherished home, but the team handled it with sensitivity and ease. I would highly recommend Karl Tatler to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to both the Sales and the Lettings teams at Karl Tatler especially Cheryl and Nicola at West Kirby Sales and Cat in lettings (and all the other staff involved) for making our house sale as painless as possible. Its never easy selling your home and from the beginning when we first met the manager Chris we were so impressed that he had done his homework on the property even before setting foot in our house to value it!!!!
