Service is SPECTACULAR. The food is delicious and makes you want to return to try the whole menu!

Adopo is such a special place, its owners are the nicest people ever and put so much care and love into what they do, and you can taste it! The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is super friendly. The pizzas are phenomenal, we just get a few for our table and share, it’s our favorite way to eat there. Try the homemade gelato too!

A beautiful, light and flaky crust complimented by fresh ingredients that you can taste. I recommend the Bianca. The flavors just explode and blend so well. Best pizza in Knoxville, hands down.

I ordered the Spicy Greens pizza, a creation with white sauce, house-made moz, spicy kale, Calabrian chiles (my current fave topping) and lemon. The pie was outstanding. From the crisp-chewy-tangy sourdough crust to the well-proportioned, perfectly spiced and balanced toppers, this baby sang.
