By far the slowest and most likely to get your order wrong chic fa la in Ktown

Well oiled franchise! I was in and out quickly (ordered carry out), the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A location was very unprofessional in their hiring/interview process. After contacting me regarding a second interview, they “ghosted” me if you will and have left my messages on read. I believe this is very unfortunate and instead of cutting off contact, they should instead contact me if they believe im not a good fit for the company.

Chick Fil A is usually very fast and very good. This place was neither for some reason. Took forever to get our food even though the place was not very busy. The employees seem to move rather slow and I’ll just leave it at that. Not the usual Chick Fil A though.

Waited 30 min on a mobile order after watching staff stand and talk instead of assisting with my order. App said food was ready and I waited 15 min before they gave it to me. Food was not hot. Customers going through drive thru or ordering in person got faster service.
