Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Staff was friendly and food was great,Not very buisy which I enjoyed!.

It took us 47 minutes to get our food restaurant was not crowded. People came in after we did and got their food

Cost of food is way too much. Quality is not addressed.

We continuously try to give opportunities for this place to improve and it never does. We got our drinks and then waited over 30 minutes for food, we ordered country fried steak and biscuits and gravy and not once after getting drinks did we see our waitress during this time… once the food was supposedly done the waitress finally comes out to tell us that they did not have gravy but the food was already done, if we wanted to order something else we could but we did not want to sit and wait another half hour for different items so we dealt with it. When she got the food and brought it out the food that supposedly just finished cooking was cold. Another waitress had to bring my husband a refill on his drink bc our waitress was nowhere to be seen after this. When mentioned up front to cashier after she asked about how things were she laughed under her breath and continued ringing us up. This is not the first time this has happened and we continue to give the benefit of the doubt bc we used to love Cracker Barrel but obviously standards are no longer a thing. We don’t mind waiting at all, we both work management for retail, but paying and dealing with poor service and food that isn’t complete and cold is ridiculous. Cracker Barrel obviously doesn’t care about standards
