Firehouse Subs Cedar Bluff

Called at 8:41 to place a pickup order and was told they don 't except pickups after 8:30 since they close at 9pm. I said, ok I 'll be there in 5 minutes and a guy replies, ok, see you then . I arrived at 8:47 and the sign was off, door locked. No doubt in my mind he immediately closed the store EARLY when I said I was on my way. Looked like a bunch of kids working but I assume a manager had to be present, and that 's just sad.

Had to stand at the counter for a really long time. I could here the empolyees in the back having a great time but no one was watching the counter for customers. There was a camera pointed at me and everything. I Finally had to shout into the kitchen to get someone to come help me.They the young guy that came out didn't seem to care I'd been waiting a long time. Bad service.

The people here are amazing and very helpful. I ordered from the wrong location and they still made my food here.

This location has the best friendly staff, most of all it’s the cleanest restaurant on this planet!

Food is good as usual. Was asked if we wanted extra pickles and we said yes. Got home and we had NO pickles with any of the sandwiches.
