Kfc - West Knoxville

This is a very poorly managed restaurant. The food is not rotated out throughout the shifts. Orders often come out wrong. Make sure you check your bag before you pull around, or they will deny your claim that they forgot stuff.

The lobby is always closed, I went through the drive through like always it was completely empty. I was told to park at a white sign. For 15 minutes no one came through the drive thru and no one brought me my food. How can one simple order for one person, take 15-20 minutes. This store needs to close. The staff hate their job, the food taste like it's been sitting out since breakfast. Which I'm sure it has because no body eats here. Come at your own risk.

I’m not sure what it was but this location had the BEST chicken from KFC I’d ever had! OMG! It was seasoned to perfection like the old days and the staff was SUPER friendly, country and down home. I have ZERO complaints.

There are 4 kids running around unattended, one is screaming at the top of her lungs. Ages 2-10 years old, 3 of them are toddlers. The staff are the mothers and they’re leaving customers at the counter unattended to go scold their kids running outside by the highway and screaming because they’re upset over playing. Please get this store in order GM. Check the cameras. Date is April 7th, evening shift. I got my order 3rd to those that came in after and mine was ordered ahead. Children are not safe and these people need someone contacted on behalf of the children.

They were closed a hour before they was suspose to be.
