Krystal - West Knoxville

No cars in drive thru. Waited at speaker for 5 minutes. When they finally answered he was laughing and talking. I had to repeat my order twice and still was talking to someone around him. Asked my order for a third time. I just drove off. He wasn't paying attention was to busy talking and joking with his co workers. Went to Clinton hwy Krystals instead.

Order was wrong but they corrected it. Then the 1st Chick was horrible. The bottom bun was soaking wet so I ate the chicken and the top bun. The 2nd chick bun was so hard I couldn't eat the bun at all so I just ate the chicken. The 3rd one I just threw out. The best part of the meal was the sprite but then I don't think you can really mess that up. I probably won't go back to this Krystal again. Plus, I don't see how three chiks and a medium drink costs $15.00!!!

Was refused a receipt after waiting waiting 15 minutes for colder than room temp food, along with attitude. I don't know if it was because I interrupted there smoke session when I pulled in or if they're just poorly managed people. I suspect both.
