Trevor and Victoria on the night shift are the best...i tried this place for my first time and Put in a last minute order , so it got messed up but it is what it is I called back the next night to let them know what had happened. Cause everybody speaks well of this place and they fixed my order. And hopefully every time I order there in the future It's just as good as it was today. Cause this is some of the best pizza I've had. They rock.

Ordered pick up and staff was super friendly. Pizza was hot and delicious! We order frequently and it never disappoints.

I have gone here for two years and always had great service but today was far different than any trip I’ve made before. while waiting in the lobby for my order, workers in the back started cursing and yelling, F this F that, and it sounded like equipment was being thrown or used to take anger out on. I couldn’t tell if it was a fight or what. Almost stepped outside bc I was alone and didn’t know what the situation was. Finally overheard the workers and it seemed like disgruntled coworkers yelling about other workers. Not sure if they knew I was present in the store or not. Once I was home, I opened the pizza to a really messy cut pizza. I actually laughed it’s cut so strangely. One corner isn’t cut at all, half the pieces are the size of a single bite size while others are normal-ish. All around just received low quality service here today and the staff showed no care for even the simplest of things like an evenly sliced pizza that’s able to be split between two people evenly.

I have always had superb service on the phone with my orders and delivery. Today was totally different, I called Middlebrook Pike for delivery at work (Parkwest Medical Center). I ordered large pepperoni, extra sauce, half cheese half no cheese. The female who was taking my order kept saying something other than just pepperoni, as if she could not hear or understand me. My complaint is that she hung up on me before I could ask her to please have them call me to let me know when they are close so I can get there without them having to wait on me, as I work on the third floor. That young lady may have been having a bad day, I don’t know. She wasn’t very pleasant and seemed to be agitated with me when I ask her to repeat my order.

This is by far the best Marcos location in Knoxville. Sometimes you wait a little bit, but quality wise, it’s the best one.
