Mcdonald's - West Knoxville

I really liked this location. The staff were friendly and the service was super quick! I couldn't believe how fast our food came out and it wasn't stale and cold either! Nice atmosphere and wasn't too busy.

As normal. Messed up order. I should know better then to use the drive though. 20 years not once has a McDonald's drive though ever got it right

An employee that says he packed my bags argued that he personally put my order in the bag. Basically insinuating that I was trying to get free food. No he made a mistake and did not want to admit to it had an attitude on the phone and when I get there to get the 2 things he left out had an attitude at the window. I only live less than a mile from this location so I frequent this particular McDonald's a lot. But I think I'd rather drive a little further to not have the hassle.

Great McDonald's in a busy area of Knoxville. Hot food, great staff and clean restrooms.

Great bathrooms! Handy too. Oh, and yes their coffee is better than their competitors.
