Noodles And Company - West Knoxville

I love this place, the food is great and if theres a mistake they fix it as quickly as possible

MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION. I went here last week and they were closed down. Moving to a new location near Wal-Mart but not sure when they reopen.

This is not the Noodles and Co. that I remember. The pasta was kinda bland. The kids had a pesto dish, which had a good sauce, and Wisco Mac which was ok. I had the steak stroganoff which was also ok. As a customer I felt like a nuisance to the staff. Apparently I interrupted a debate about the new hats. I won't be going back.

I 'm not a huge fan of this chain. I 'm sure I 'm a little biased simply because I really life Thai/Vietnamese/Asian style dishes, and I don 't really go for noodles as a favorite dish. But, unfortunately the food, for the cost, is just not worth it. The dishes taste bland (it 's mostly noodle worth some hint of flavor) and I could have better flavor and more food for cheaper and a unique experience at any other place.

The food was better than I expected. I don't like food that's too spicy but they had options for that. I was pleasantly surprised.
