Seoul Brothers is a breath of fresh air to the Knoxville food scene. I've never had anything subpar. Everything is fresh, unique, cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious. I recommend it to anyone that will listen. Eager to see you all grow!!

My visit of Seoul brothers was an absolute delight! As a lover of Korean cuisine, this place exceeded my expectations.The bibimbap was nothing short of amazing. The combination of flavors and textures in this traditional dish was perfectly balanced, leaving my taste buds dancing with joy. The fresh ingredients and the attention to detail in preparation truly stood out.Now, let's talk about innovation. The Korean fusion hot chicken burger was a revelation. The fusion of Korean spices with the classic burger concept was a flavor explosion in every bite. I am Korean and ordered the bibimbop (bop bowl). Food was ready pretty quickly and seems fresh, the beef was good. I grew up eating home cooked Korean food and think I am pretty open-minded to variety and Asian fusion foods; however I was not a fan of the lime cilantro rice. I normally eat all the rice I can fit in my belly but I actually had rice leftover bc I just was not a fan of it- it tasted sour to me. Other than that my experience was good so I would go back to try some of their other menu items that don’t involve that rice.

I had the kimchi rice with tofu. It was stellar. I will be getting this again!

Food was ok, overpriced, the fried tofu was crunchier than croutons and saltier then salt.
