Steak 'n Shake - West Knoxville

Ugh! The burgers and fries at this place are so greasy! I tried this pasta with chilli on top and thought it was nasty! However, if you like greasy, low nutritional food that's less expensive than other fast food chains, go for it. Be sure you have some antacids or Pepto-Bismol on hand just in case you get sick!

Idiots. No refund for the order they couldn't fulfill. Lazy. Stupid.

The manager was talking non-business on his headset so loud it was obnoxious. He was the loudest voice in the restaurant. Service is always slow but to hear the manager/grill cook loudly talking on his headset about anything but business made me wonder if they even cared I was there.

Everything has changed. The way you order food the way you get served the way you get charged. Doesn’t make sense to get charged extra if you just want one more thing of ketchup, but they did. It’s just another fast food joint to me now.

Just like being in the 50s. Well atleast I think so. Service was great food was good.
