Years ago What an amazing experience When we walked in Karen greeted us like a family friend. It was so warm. She realized it was our first visit and she went through all the tables of food in detail. And the food was all so home cook feel we just love it. The brisket was delicious. The fried chicken was awesome. The omelette was perfectly cooked. The peach crumble was exceptional. The service was top notched. When we paid, Chef Mo mentioned to us it was their 4 year anniversary and I couldn't believe the price. The food and the service were just exceptional and definitely worth a lot more than what they charged. Next time when we visit Knoxville we will surely come back again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made a bright and cheerful arrangement for my friend in the hospital. They were even able to deliver it before the time they said it would be. I recommend them 100%.

They made arrangement for my wife’s birthday that was out of this world. They went above my expectation and made flowers look exactly like a cake. Everyone in the restaurant came by just to look at the flowers. IF YOU NEED FLOWERS YOU MUST CALL THE FLOWER POT??

Absolutely the worst florist EVER! They had a picture of what they agreed to make then called me less than 24 hrs of picking it up and said their florist was missing and didn’t know what to do. She wanted to keep talking about their designer missing and what was going to happen to them rather than concentrate on figuring out how to get my corsage made. I explained I had to have it because other florist would not have enough time. So I sent the same picture as first agreed upon and I was told they would have their senior florist from another location do it. That next morning I called to assure everything was ready for pickup andTHEN was told it didn’t quiet turn out the same as expected. It looked like garbage. They agreed and said they would have one ready for me with white roses and it would be arranged by the designer. They sent pictures before I picked it up which looked like small white roses to me over the pictures but once at the shop I was handed another type of flower. I said that doesn’t look like white roses and was told they decided to go with ANOTHER type of flower. She proceeded to tell me I didn’t have to take it but 1 1/2 hours before the event I had no choice. I ask for a discount and was told the best they could do was 10% and I said that was more of an insult to me and I felt it should be more considering how bad they made this experience.I told her I didn’t want anything for free but they had three chances and failed all three. Then once I paid I looked at my receipt and said you didn’t even put the 10% off and she just looked at me. AFTER agreeing what a disastrous time this was, she then acted as though there wasn’t a issue once she got my . I left several messages for the owner to call and NEVER did.
