Wendy's - West Knoxville

This Wendy's was the best one in town!I would recommend trying the peppermint frosty:

For almost $12, (2) burgers, the food was cold. I understand that prices have gone up and this is unacceptable.

A bit of a wait, because of staffing issues, but where isn't these days? The staff are always super nice and friendly, really personable, and way apologetic about the wait. I imagine being this understaffed and busy is hard. I think everyone working here deserves a raise. You hired a really good staff:

Didn’t get the right food and the sodas always taste flat or something

Women's bathroom was a smelly, poorly stocked wreck. Absolutely no napkins at the incredibly sloppy condiment station. Most of the sodas out of stock. Tables hadn't seen a wipe down in I can't even guess how long. Seriously, a big piece of lettuce heart in my burger. Out of pretzel buns, out of hot honey. Only bright spot? The customer service.
