Wendy's - West Knoxville

The service here has gone down hill so much. The management is a joke and when I was trying to address the problem I had, it felt as if I was not being listened too. The employees are rude and disrespectful especially to any race/ethnicity that isn’t white Americans.

Awesome service and food was like already done n being handed out with my debit card along w/$5 biggie bag and 4 for $4 and my fav, LG STRAWBERRY FROSTY. KEEP IT UP MY DUDE!

Parking was tight. Had to wait for drive thru to move before could get out.

I have been to so many Wendy's but this is the one that continues to get my food out fast and fresh! I would recommend to anyone that this crew is doing what it takes to run their operation!

The food is so fresh and some of the faster service I’ve ever had, before I could even pull my card out of the reader, they had my food in frount of me and was fresh. Michael had amazing customer service, I will definitely be back to this location soon.
