Wendy's - West Knoxville

4/12/24 at 608pm came to the location was never served. Some lady came on and told me that someone will be with me. I waited seven minutes and no one ever came. Very rude. No customer service lack of customer service.

Get the large size chili and get all the fixins that go with it..Plus a bacon-nater

Just had a Dave's Double. One slice of pickle, 1 slice of onion, 1 slice of tomato. Horribly chewy bun and with an app coupon for $2, it was a terrible waste of money.

Ordering food went fine but when we get to the window it was apparently clear that no one liked working there or they were under the influence of drugs.we got our order with a missing straw for one drink and completely forgot a drink in general then when I got the drive thru worker's attention it seemed as If I inconvenienced him to do his job and make sure the order is right...the worker outside smoking in front of the building seemed like he was tweaking and it was not a pleasant experience to swing by and grab a quick bite after a very long day
