Contribuisci feedbackWorst service ever, on an empty drive through I had to wait 15 minutes just to receive my order! No ideas what’s the point of have a drive through if it’s going to take this long to get the food rather order it from restaurant!
Actually had a flat tire so i walked across street and down road a minute and ordered some food then was asking if there was a tire place close when lady said one of workers could take me to my car and take tire off and go get a new one and bring it back and put good one on. Very satisfied in saying there are still few good unselfish people in our world!! Thanks tina and Derek!!
The kid at the counter actually rolled his eyes at us for skiing for ketchup. He's only there for a paycheck and it shows. Service was so bad we'll never return to this location. Management should fire him.
This location keeps getting worse and worse. They never put 2 slices of cheese on the Dave's Single, which it supposed to have, and for some reason it is hit or miss on whether or not they put any mustard on it. Today, again, only one slice of cheese. I asked for them to be easy with the mayo and ketchup. I got 3 x the amount of mayo and barely one drop of ketchup and no mustard. I also ordered the classic chicken sandwich. They drowned it in mayo and did not put the pickles on it. I asked for 2 ranch dressings for my Cobb salad, and they only gave me one. I have been a customer here for 15 years, and the last year has been abysmal.
I ordered through the moilbe app. Paid almost $40 for food for my kids, get to the window an they hand me 2 kids meals an say have a nice day. But I had proof of my ordered an it showed what I ordered on the app, the manager an staff wanted to argue with me when I asked for the rest of the food or a refund. Long story,but moral of the situation is the computer glitched an they gave me my food. But I will never go here for me or my family not saying the customer is always right
