This place is fantastic.. This is the best and most authentic Korean food I had outside Korea. Miles better than anything I had in Manhattan. Basically what they serve here is what most Koreans eat daily. The ingredients, spices and spices are all perfect and the portion sizes are generous, which is good because it is a little expensive. The menu is on the wall with beautiful large pictures, so those who are not familiar with Korean food can order without fear of the unknown. You also have no problem taking vegetarians (except unfortunately the Jajangmyeon sauce with ground pork... again, as in Korea). I know I'm looking, but this place is worth it. I guess if there's something to criticize that they lack the popular Korean barbecue and the ambience is not much, but actually most restaurants in Korea Ho Hum Design. So if you have never had Korean food, this is absolutely the first place I would recommend to go. Eat here and you can join your friends in New York, you had better Korean than them.
This place was fine. I was a bit disappointed with the rice cake in spicy sauce. My wife and I felt the sauce was too watery. The spicy pork was really good. We also got the spicy noodle soup with squid and shells, which was also good. The food was spicy, but not too overwhelming.
I'll never forget this restaurant. One of the best Korean restaurants at Purdue. I appreciate it that you serve for Purdue students for 13 years. We had great memory here. Thank you!
Kibu is the best and cheapest Korean restaurant in the town. I'll never forget its No.18 Kimchi Chigae. As the food is getting more and more expensive around the campus, Kibu is one of the few options left that provide excellent food in low price. Thanks for your 13 years service!
