Mcdonald's - West Lafayette

Honestly, I expect nothing but medicorish food from McDonald 's, but this McDonald 's specifically makes it so difficult for you to just simply walk in and get food. The inside is always closed, so you have to mobile order, but there 's no signs or anything telling you this. Also, when you mobile order you are blasted with ads trying to get you to order more than you really wanted. They really prefer that you go through the drive thru, but this location is on a MAJOR college campus, and across from the main hall of Engineering don 't you think people would want to run over and grab lunch? Even if you do arrive through the drive thru, they will refuse you service late at night because, we only have the staff to do DoorDash orders. There 's no signs up about this in the app , and they literally advertise being a location that 's open 24 hours.

The past two times we have tried to go here, they have been CLOSED! Once after a home Purdue football game and just last night right after the home Purdue Basketball game. Horrible service. How can you stay 'in business ' when you don 't even open during the busiest times on campus?!? I wish they would close down so a quality restaurant could open on that site!

This is the absolute worst McDonalds I 've ever been to. The customer service is awful and the amount of disrespect they give is insane. Their hours are insanely unpredictable and inconsistent. The inside is always locked for some reason and the drive through takes at minimum 15 minutes even when no one is in line. It took some drive through worker 20 minutes to take my order for 2 things at one point and had extremely delayed responses and seemed confused by the entire thing. In my most recent mobile order to this place, they told us go somewhere else we have too many orders right now even though we already sent payment. Do not ever come to this place.

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's in west lafayette and lafayette, they never have enough staff and the staff they do have do not have any idea how to make anything, they are rude and the quality sucks, this McDonald's is a franchise and doesn't have anyone policing them and who knows who the owner is, the McDonald's corporation needs to police these franchisees closer or you will have low quality food made from non qualified personnel

It took 30 minutes for me to receive a lemonade, which was quite disappointing. I really hope this doesn’t happen again.
