Pizza Hut Sagamore - West Lafayette

I always have a great experience when Ashley Rock is our server; she is incredibly polite, and Bree is just as charming. Together with the manager, they create a warm and welcoming environment. My children and I really enjoy the food, and we always order from this place, as it’s our favorite. Manager Joe is truly exceptional; he makes sure that he and his staff provide excellent service to their customers, encouraging us to return for the amazing food and great atmosphere. We absolutely love it!

The pizza was great. The service was impeccable, the restrooms and dining area was as clean as can be. I have also dined here in the past, and the salad bar, the ability to have beer or wine, the above- average astherics and the, generally, delightful wait staff, make this Pizza Hut a surprisingly enjoyable place ro grab a bite to eat. It's also conveniently located right off of 26, which is nice... A four- star rating because, even though everything was as good as can be, and even above- average in some areas, at the end of the day, it's still chain- store pizza...

The waitress was efficient and always smiling, which made a big difference. We didn’t have to pile up a stack of plates for someone to come clear them, nor did we have to wait long for drink refills (unlike my past experiences at local Pizza Huts!). The manager was actively involved on the floor, regularly checking and replenishing the buffet. What struck me as truly remarkable was how he engaged with his staff, encouraging them as he worked. While his singing voice might only rank a 3 (he was singing along to the music while bringing out food), it certainly brought smiles to my son and me. We enjoyed our meal immensely, and if we're ever in the area again, I won’t hesitate to stop by Pizza Hut once more. This particular location has changed the way I feel about the chain. I’m not saying I’ll abandon my local favorites entirely, but my perspective has definitely shifted. I wanted to leave some positive feedback online, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a receipt after paying. I just wanted to express how much we enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

We celebrated two birthdays here, last year and this year, and both times Maddy was our waitress. She is always incredibly friendly and quick with refills! Even today, with a bunch of kids running around and enjoying my son's birthday party, she was fantastic. It's always a pleasure to have her take care of our group!

We stopped and got salads, pizza and wings. Our waitress was thrilled. I got our orders right away, knew how to make the best of our order, was attentive. She made a good meal. The food was delicious. The best salads are here. Fresh, crispy vegetables and a very full salad bar. The wings were perfect, tasty, slightly crisp, which do not outweigh the full taste. I really like the garlic butter with an extra side garlic butter for diving. Perfect for keto eaters. My husband has pizza. It was fresh, hot and loaded with blows. Love the atmosphere on a cold day, cozy, comfortable and a fire too. Very clean. Nothing that doesn't like here.
