Mod Pizza - West Lake Hills

We went there around 9:45 and the girl Said she's not used to serving pizzas. This is half baked and not even properly assembled. This is not what is expected from mods. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Regular Pizza

This is the worst MOD I have ever been to. The cross-contamination at this location is awful. The topping line is always a mess, with toppings scattered everywhere and contaminating each other. You often end up with random toppings on your pizza because the staff does not bother to remove the contaminated items. I have been to many MOD locations, and this one is the most disappointing in terms of sanitation training. As for service, I dined in.

The service at this MOD Pizza location was excellent, with friendly staff as always. The pizza was delicious! I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 5 out of 5.

I would not recommend this restaurant if you prefer more flavorful pizza with a thicker crust. The mini pizza was overpriced at almost $9 and was not worth it. The lack of variety in crust options was disappointing. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
