Contribuisci feedbackRosie was extremely helpful on a very busy Saturday. I would give her a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be returning. Thank you very much, Rosie!
My brother and I stopped by this restaurant on the 25th of July for tea and coffee. We requested medium-sized drinks but were given large cups instead. Unfortunately, the English breakfast tea was terrible and we couldn't even finish it. Additionally, my brother had to leave his coffee unfinished because the milk jug was dirty, which we only noticed after pouring the milk. It was disappointing to waste £5 on such poor quality drinks. We decided to go to Subway instead, where we each got a drink for only £1, which was much better in comparison.
I recently went to this restaurant for some takeaway drinks. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the drinks and cake were delicious. I have been to many Starbucks locations, but I think the Ormskirk branch is one of my favorites.
My wife and I have been regular customers for several months. During this time we have got to know the staff and have found them exceptionally personable and friendly. Lock down and Covid in general has placed a strain on all of us. I can’t believe the substance of some reviews left by some customers who critise and bemoan the staff. The staff are young and have there own pressures to deal with. I think they are friendly and cordial and look forward to going in for a coffee and at times a chat. Well done Rachel, Alley and the team
I visit this Starbucks on a regular basis and every single time I am appalled by the attitude of the girls who work there. I give them the benefit of the doubt and assume maybe they’re just having a bad day, but as it is every single time I visit this is why I am here now leaving this review. To be served by someone so rude just ruins the whole experience. If you’re not happy working there go and find another job. It’s not hard to smile or look up when taking someone’s order, the huffing and puffing is not part of your job description. A bit of politeness and courtesy goes an extremely long way. I’ll be spending my money in Costa from now on.
