Each time I go through the drive-thru, I am told that the speaker is not working properly and they cannot hear my order, resulting in mistakes every time. This has been happening since the summer. The ice cream machine is always broken, and one of the items that made McDonald's famous is also frequently unavailable. The overall experience is affected by poor leadership. In terms of ratings, I would give the food a 2, service a 1, and atmosphere a 2.
