A party of 5 went to Sunday dinner when I am honest, was not much expected, but absolutely beautiful, all freshly cooked veg and lamb on the menu was an absolute bonus. when the desert menu arrived, the great choice, including the many old school enthusiasts, but not a huge desert lover, asked my daughter in the law whether it was possible for me to have a cheeseboard. .wow only wow it was amazing and huge, including an obstlatte for which was to die before we left, we asked if it was possible to buy one of the fruit trees that happily commits again, beautiful place, great service and fabulous food, will definitely go back :

Had a nice evening at the gamekeeper. our young had their 21st in the last week, while at the uni, so we have booked a table at the gamekeeper to mark the occasion when we were all back together. it was certainly a good choice; the food was excellent my lamb cake was beautiful, service was friendly and efficient and our meal was really good value for money four net, four desserts and many drinks for £80. 20 pounds per head! the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted, that it is difficult to find a place that is not full of rowing Christmas rebels and Christmas music at this time of the year after three months at the university, we wanted somewhere where we could get a good old chat and catch up. everything in everything, the perfect evening out and the journey out of retford worth.

This restaurant is the perfect place for a nice meal and a few drinks on a sunny bank holiday Sunday. The beer garden has a great atmosphere, making it a fantastic spot for a couple to enjoy some food and drinks together.

Thanks to my host dean michelle and emmah look for us today. beautiful meals. great service. everything in a beautiful cozy environment. would recommend this pub to everyone. friendly staff. good food and alcohol and they also make a crisp music quiz!
