Sushi Boat - West Linn

This is a small jewel- small and not fancy- with something you don't see in the sushi-biz - the food goes around on a conveyor belt! I have eaten here several times and yesterday the food was as good and fresh as ever. And the price is right. I had nothing I didn't like, except the mini desserts on the plates, the chocolate eclairs are chewed up BUT my grandchildren love her, so go figure. Expect a little wait to sit down and wait a little to pay at the end. Enjoy!

Very nice sushi transport station. I appreciate the size of fish on the nitrile a beautiful thick layer and the ratio of filling to rice of the rolls. Some spots try to give you a little filling and lots of rice not this place. Do not hesitate to order the menu. You can order any item so you don't have to wait what you want to put on the belt. You also have a happy hour of 2 4 with some savings.

This place is absolutely delicious, the fish taste super fresh all the ingredients as well the service is very quick the restaurant is very clean and they have a decent menu of different types of Japanese food. One of the sushi chefs has over 15 years experience and it definitely shows in the preparation and the quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be coming back!

Classic conveyer belt sushi place. Everything was fresh, lovely presentation, I wish they were better about spacing customers out because of covid and the tempura was a little too heavy. Overall, I would definitely be back, the food was delicious!
