Food was accurately made and it tasted good! I was trying the new vegan cheese fries and they are worth it! Thank you Taco Bell team for caring about our vegan order! Vegetarian options: Vegan fries are good! Chalupa modified fresco and beans instead of meat is my go to! Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too , disgusting on the inside. never clean it and will not accept any debit or credit ever. but won't tell you till you get to the register if you go through the drive-thru. never coming to this one again, I would not trust their food based off the lack of cleanliness alone Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used the taco pass for a drive-through mobile order. I waited 3 minutes at the window for my food. The meat was cold and it had cheese when I asked for none. I understand it's Saturday and drive thru was busy when I pulled up. But it took me 50 minutes, no exaggeration, to speak with someone about my order of just a cheese quesadilla, no additional or substitute toppings. And about 1 minute later to recieve my order. In the time I waited, I saw an employee take a break and return to work, and about 6 people who ordered after me to also dine in, received their orders of multiple items. I lapped the store a few times and used the bathroom while waiting. I can only hope I was an isolated incident and that this isn't the norm. Out of 4 trips, never recieved napkins or sauce from drivethrough even when we asked several times. Twice ordered vegetarian options that came out with meat in them. Food is fine, but service is not.
