Marmaris Fish In Chip - West Lothian

I went to this restaurant with my family and placed a large order, but they refused to cook a special fish dish because they were busy. I have never heard of someone being denied food because the restaurant was too busy. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business. The staff were lazy and unprofessional.

I adore this restaurant! The food is incredibly delicious and always served piping hot. I've tried various meals here, but my favorite is the munchy box. I highly recommend it!

I ordered a pizza and 2 liters of Coca-Cola for £3.70 to go with my Jack Daniels. They forgot to include the cola with my order, so I called to ask for it to be delivered. They initially sent me 1.5 liters instead of the 2 liters I paid for. I called again to request the remaining 500ml, as I needed the full amount to enjoy my drink. This experience was extremely disappointing and I am considering taking it up with trading standards for compensation. The stress and anxiety this caused me is unbearable. After a while, the missing cola was delivered. Thank you, Marmaris. Overall, the pizza was great.

Should have left this review years ago when I went. Worked here for about a week, witnessed staff putting their hands into the salad at the counter and eating it on shift! Didn't stay here long, as staff are very clique and had no interest in training me anyway. Was actually put on the phones taking orders, the first day I started working there. Gave me a quick 5 minute run down on how it worked and that was it, I was supposed to remember that for however long? I'm a fast learner so wasn't too bothered, although was still stressed about it and I was still making tons of mistakes. Didn't expect to be treated that was as a new staff member, especially when the manager actually seemed really nice and seemed sick of his staff. Food isn't anything special to what you would get anywhere else anyway.

Best fish supper in Livingston, pizzas are really good too! I recommend the donner pizza, it's to die for.
