Good place for a whole family. Parks are packed with polite walkers and their dogs. Lively area where there is always a moment to stop and chat. One downside i hope it'll get rectified soon is no more weekend runs. Sad.
A great day out at the Scottish Owl Centre, reasonably priced. A lot of different owls to see close up,we also really enjoyed seeing the owls flying and feeding at the show also very interesting to learn more about these amazing birds..the staff were all lovely, especially the man and lady who put the flight show on,very impressed! Will be back!
This is an amazing place. I was totally ignorant about owls. Beautiful creatures in all shapes and sizes. The young woman giving a brilliant presentation (Nicola) was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and clearly dedicated to the cause. So good you will definitely go back. I will
A hidden gem! Very well kept park, beautiful alleys perfect for a pram or a wheelchair. Great playground for children with unique attractions (viking swing, train, castle). The cafe in the visitors centre is open Tuesday to Saturday from until (may change with the season though). Many lovely locations for a picnic and generous car parks. Would definitely recommend for a day out.
