Mcdonald's - West Melbourne

Used the 1st kiosk and placed our order. The screen and summary showed 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit and 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit 1 hashbrown 1 oj. . My hubby and I both checked the order then paid. Got food and went to car. Half mile down the read we realize we got a steak and onion egg biscuit and a sausage egg but no cheese biscuit. My hubby said it ruined his meal to not have cheese. I kind of liked my mistaken steak onion egg one... but not what I ordered.

Waiting time too high, and a lot of customer service is lacking

Absolutely awful experience every single time we go. Foods wrong, or the drinks aren't given to us, foods burnt or not cooked right, or they decide they know better and cook it differently than all the other McDonald's. Just bad every time we go, avoid it.

This McDonald's is one of the fastest places I have been, the counter person was friendly and upbeat, the place is clean and well lite. The best thing is how fast they got my order ready, and it was hot and fresh.

Food is usually decent if they can manage to get the order right. You never get a cup with your meal and they usually miss something else. Never once have they gotten it right or given extra. Your sauce will not be in the bag most times so you should check for that.
