We came here during Labor Day weekend 2021 and are repeating the same thing in for Labor Day weekend 2023. The restaurant has only gotten even better in our opinion with all 3 generations of women/mothers still working in the restaurant and providing that Grade-A experience.We thought we'd explore what the other areas have to offer (since variety is the spice of life), but we ended up coming back here again like we initially wanted to anyway. We will never make that mistake again! This place, the food, and especially the service are all amazing! Best breakfast diner in Melbourne hands down!

Great food at awesome prices. This place was peak southern hospitality from the owner to the servers. Wanda was a hoot! Will definitely return next time we're in the area.UPDATE 2 years later: they are still THE BEST!We returned and everything (food, service, ambience) was even better! Donna was our server this time and we had a great time. We had the pineapple upside down pancakes and strawberry crepes special and some sides. Hot chocolate is great (ask for it with milk)! We returned for breakfast the next day.Everything was delicious just like last time! Rhonda(owner) has a gift for hospitality and runs the cafe like a well oiled machine. We can't wait to return!

Our main waitress, Donna, was amazing, but the other waitress was a bit off. I didn't catch her name, but she brought out our food and forgot my roommate's butter for his toast and bacon. When she returned, she claimed it wasn’t on the ticket, and she said it with an attitude. However, Donna showed us the ticket, and there it was! We mentioned her attitude to Donna. The prices are decent overall, although I found the drink prices a bit high. I ended up eating way too much because it was just so delicious! This is a great little hidden gem. The owner even greeted us and fixed our drinks when we asked for unsweetened tea and got sweetened instead. I added some Sweet 'n Low, and the owner was very friendly. I definitely plan to come back!
