Dixie Queen - West Memphis

Food is always good but never the same price. They cut the price out of their menu for chicken strips so it a guessing game every time. The service is sometimes ok and other times they act pissed off you came there. I like pissing people like that off anyway.

I ordered a Philly and was served on two hot dog buns. The food was old and we won't be back.

I don’t know why I gave this place another chance. Every time I’ve gone, the line has taken 30 minutes for 2 cars to move. The staff is super rude and super dirty. They always seems to catch an attitude for no reason. I wish Dixie queen could be good again, but the west memphis one definitely isn’t worth going to. The outside looks like absolute trash and they always tell me I’m not allowed to use the walk up window… why have it and keep it open, if customers can’t use it? I won’t be back.

Warm custom service and outstanding fish sandwich and good food period .
