The order lasted about half an hour and the pizza was not even very good. Disappointed.

I don't understand. My food is always hot and fresh, but I always have terrible customer service here. Everyone is always so rude and has a bad attitude. I always hate to come here for this reason, but I love the pizza. It is also hot and ready advertised because you are able to grab and go, but you must now wait 20-45 minutes for a pizza. That's ridiculous.

Ordered 4 pizzas by phone because the whole hot and ready thing is apparently a joke now and was told 30 minutes only to arrive and find out the staff gave my order away to someone else so I went to Domino's down the street and ordered and received delicious pizzas in 10 minutes. Don't bother with this location period. The pizza is only worth waiting for if you are dead broke.
