Westend Bbq - West Memphis

I ordered a party platter for lunch, and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff did an excellent job, and both the bread and vegetables were fresh. The manager, Latoya, along with the crew working that day, were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was spotless. I was initially hesitant to order from this place again due to poor customer service a few months ago, but I decided to give it another chance after hearing that Latoya had returned as manager. I plan to visit this restaurant more frequently in the future.

The experience was mostly positive. The worker was trying his best, even though he mentioned he was new and had to refer to the sandwiches to remember the ingredients. He was alone, and this Subway location is across the street from a high school, which added to the atmosphere. It was quite warm inside, despite having the front door open, and it made it a bit challenging to handle the cheese on the sandwiches. Nevertheless, the worker and the food were both excellent.

The meat and vegetables were fresh, and the service was excellent. The poor guy who was there was doing everything by himself.
