Taco Bell - West Mifflin

I waited 45 minutes for my mobile order because they were only prioritizing drive-thru customers. Many people waiting for their mobile orders were expressing their frustration. Eventually, they started processing the mobile orders. When I finally got home, I noticed that part of my order was missing. I went through the complaint process on the receipt but never received a response or a refund. I requested to be contacted, but no one reached out to me.

My husband and I go here often, we're taco bell fiends and this is the closest one to us. Whatever we order is always right as of the past year, and we can get pretty picky some times with removing and adding extras! The only reason I'm not giving 5 starsto service is because they've been extremely short staffed so it does take some time to get your food but the staff is friendlyand when they do have a second to notice you they always make sure you're taken care of! It's always hot and right though so ifyou can be patient this is a perfect place to get good food!

I cannot recommend this particular Taco Bell location. First, the drive-thru attendant seemed annoyed with my order. When I got home, I quickly noticed that they had forgotten two of my tacos and added double lettuce and tomato to three tacos that were supposed to be plain. Additionally, they neglected to include a crunchy taco in the Crunchwrap. The only items that were made correctly—two out of ten—were so soggy that they fell apart. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I've experienced issues at this location, but since it’s the closest Taco Bell, I returned out of convenience. It’s very disappointing to get home and find that your whole order is messed up. This location really needs to improve.

The drive-thru staff were incredibly friendly and accurately processed our order. I'm mentioning this because many other fast food places often lack that level of care. If I could, I would give it even more stars!

That night we were hungry someone gave me their taco. Total enjoyment! That taco was one of the best that I?ve had in years.
